HUNTINGTON BEACH The Cliffs and The Breakers, two luxury neighborhoods at Brightwater at Bolsa Chica, are now completed. The Cliffs' two-story residences have three to six bedrooms and two-and-a-half to four baths within about 2,724 to 3,480 square feet. Garages will accommodate two or three vehicles. Most home plans include a bonus room and a private courtyard, and one plan will feature an optional prep kitchen in addition to a conventional kitchen.
